At Muli, we are dedicated to delivering your favorite skincare essentials swiftly and safely, ensuring their natural efficacy is preserved every step of the way.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- Local Delivery (UAE): 1 – 2 business days.
- Regional Delivery (GCC): 3 – 5 business days.
- International Delivery: 7 – 12 business days (subject to local customs clearance).
- Order Tracking: As soon as your order dispatches, you will receive an email and SMS with a direct tracking link to follow your package right to your doorstep.
2. Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the pristine nature of our skincare products and strict hygiene standards, we implement a clear return policy designed for your peace of mind:
- Return Window: You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Return Conditions: To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, with all original safety seals intact, and in its original packaging.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we deeply apologize! Please contact us immediately with a photo of the item, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
- Return Shipping Fees: If the return is due to personal preference rather than a product defect, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received, inspected, and approved by our team, we will send you a confirmation email.
- Your refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
